What's the point of this article?

Aren't these constants stored in some .pas file? Isn't it better to use the constant names anyway?

Also, doesn't MSDN document these?

If knowing these constants is needed for programming in FPC, wouldn't it be better to add this to an article discussing the registry unit, e.g. fcl-registry?
