The English language of this article is so bad that it is nearly impossible to understand what the author wants to tell.--Jwdietrich 21:53, 20 March 2015 (CET)
- I cannot understand the first sentence: "A variable parameter refers to a formal parameter the actual parameter has direct writable access to the variable supplied at the call site." Kai Burghardt changed almost the entire page and the rest of the page looks OK to me now, just the first sentence seems to be a little "off". --Bart (talk) 23:10, 28 October 2020 (CET)
- I was trying to give a concise, yet correct definition. Maybe it got too confusing, indeed. I rephrased it now. Is it better? Kai Burghardt (talk) 14:34, 29 October 2020 (CET)
- Yes, that's a lot better (as long as one knows what a formal parameter is: maybe link "formal parameter" to https://www.freepascal.org/docs-html/ref/refse94.html ?)
