I'd replace "Using our services implies that you agree with our terms of services that are covered by the following regulations:" with "By using our services you indicate that you agree with our terms of service which are covered by the following policies:" (... implies seems to weak a word) followed at the end by "If you do not agree with our terms of service, you are not allowed to use our services." or something similar... it should IMO be spelled out what the consequences are of not agreeing with the ToS.
